RESOURCES

Launching a new band requires both talented musicians and the resources to support the early stages of development.

Management has spent many years preparing for this project and has allocated financial resources to support the formation of the band, the recording of music, and the initial launch period.

FINANCIAL RESOURCES

Two phases of funding have been planned for the launch and early development of the band.

The first phase consists of approximately $500,000, which is currently in the bank and available to support the initial stages of assembling the band, beginning rehearsals, recording the first album, and producing at least two music videos. This funding is intended to cover expenses from 2026 through mid-2027.

Once the band is fully formed and prepared for its public launch, a second phase of funding is planned. This phase will provide approximately $1,500,000 to support the continued development of the band, including recording, promotion, and touring activities.

These financial resources, combined with revenue generated from live performances and other music-related income, are intended to support the successful launch and growth of the band.

EXPENSES AND SUPPORT

During 2026, while the band is being assembled, management intends to work with each band member to ensure that reasonable financial needs are addressed during the early stages of development.

As part of the audition and selection process, management will discuss individual circumstances with each musician in order to determine what support may be necessary.

Once the band members are living in the Denver area and actively working together, management expects to assist with certain expenses including:

  • salaries
  • lodging
  • health & life insurance
  • other project-related expenses

BUDGET PLANNING

Management has developed a preliminary operating budget for the early stages of the project.

Detailed financial plans will be shared with band members after appropriate non-disclosure agreements have been signed and the interviewing process is underway.

The budget will remain flexible and may be adjusted depending on the needs and circumstances of the individual musicians involved. For example, relocation expenses would only apply to band members who do not live in the greater Denver area.
