CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

The purpose of this page is to give musicians a clear understanding of how agreements will work be any rehearsals or records take place.

All agreements between each member of the band and management will be transparent and put in writing.

As part of the process, and after a non-disclosure agreement is signed, potential band members will receive a draft contract. The contract will be presented in a clear, reader-friendly Word document and will reflect the fair and reasonable terms that have been outlined throughout this website.

Any musician selected to join the band will not be bound to remain in the band. Musicians are free to leave the band at any time. That said, management’s intention is to build a stable group of seven musicians who work together for at least five years. Of course, circumstances can change.

The initial contract will cover a five-year period. If the band chooses to continue working together after that time, a new agreement will begin to be drafted during the fourth year.

The spirit of these agreements is simple: work hard, create exceptional music, and allow everyone involved to benefit financially from the success of the project.

The royalty and profit-sharing structure has been designed to encourage long-term participation in the band. If a band member leaves the group, that individual will continue to receive songwriting royalties only on the songs recorded during the time they were a member of the band.

We want every member to clearly understand the expectations and commitments involved, ensuring a harmonious, fair and productive environment for all.
