TIMING & NEXT STEPS
Once a musician submits an Application, management will review the materials and respond shortly thereafter.
Applicants who pass the initial screening will typically be contacted within one week to schedule an introductory phone conversation. This call allows both the applicant and management to discuss the opportunity and review the next steps in the selection process.
Within another week, applicants who continue to move forward will participate in at least one video meeting to begin a more detailed face-to-face conversation.
REVIEW OF MATERIALS
If the applicant appears to be a strong fit, management will provide additional materials for review. These documents may include agreements related to confidentiality, royalties and profit sharing.
Applicants are encouraged to take time reviewing these materials carefully and may choose to consult with an attorney, family members or other trusted advisors before proceeding.
Transparency and clarity are important throughout this process.
FINAL EVALUATION
The final stage of the selection process will involve sharing audio files and inviting the potential band member to participate in recording two to six songs that are planned for the first album.
This stage allows both management and the musician to determine whether the creative collaboration feels natural, productive, and musically exciting.
If the fit is strong, the musician will be formally invited to join the band.
INITIAL WORKING PHASE
During the first two to six months, the band will begin rehearsing and collaborating remotely while members remain in their current locations.
This period allows the group to begin developing musical chemistry while becoming familiar with the songs and working style of the band.
MOVING FORWARD
In late 2026 or early 2027, band members will relocate to the Denver area to begin working together in person. This phase will include:
- rehearsing as a full band
- finalizing the first album
- beginning work on the second album
- performing lives shows in Colorado.
