Great bands are built not only by talented musicians, but also by the dedicated individuals who help support the music behind the scenes.
We believe music has the power to inspire, unite, and transform people from all walks of life. Consider becoming a part of a band that resonates beyond the stage.
While management is currently focused on auditioning and selecting talented and motivated vocalists and musicians to form the band, there will also be opportunities for others to become involved in helping develop and launch the project.
As the band takes shape, a small team will gradually form to support recording, management, live performances, and the band’s growing public presence. PERFORMING IN THE BAND
The foundation of this project is a seven-member band built around original music, creative collaboration, and long-term artistic vision. Individuals interested in performing as members of the band can learn more about the audition and selection process in the Getting the Band Together section.
SHAPING THE SOUND
A skilled recording engineer will play an important role in helping shape the band’s sound during recording sessions and production of the band’s albums. This role will involve working closely with the musicians to capture the best possible performances and develop the band’s recorded sound.
SUPPORTING THE BAND’S DEVELOPMENT
As the project develops, there will be a need for an individual who can help coordinate the many activities in launching and managing the band. This role may involve helping organize schedules, assisting with planning performances, and supporting the overall growth of the band.
BUILDING THE BAND’S PUBLIC PRESENCE
As the band prepares to launch publicly, a dedicated website and online presence will be developed. A web and marketing specialist will help design the band’s online presence and assist with engaging audiences as the band begins sharing its music.
LIVE PERFORMANCE SUPPORT
Once the band begins rehearsing and preparing to perform, additional personnel will be needed to support live performances. These roles will help ensure that performances run smoothy and that both the musicians and audiences have a safe and professional experience.
Management will initially oversee most aspects of the project. As the band grows, these additional roles will help build the team needed to support the band’s long-term success. The goal is to build not only a band, but a group of musicians and a supporting team who feel genuine ownership in what they are creating and promoting.
