Behind every successful project is a clear vision and a team of people working together to bring that vision to life.

The driving force behind launching this band is Eddie.

For many years, Eddie has been studying music, writing songs, playing in bands, and developing the long-term plan that is now beginning to take shape with the formation of this new band.

Once a non-disclosure agreement has been signed, additional details about management and the project will be shared with individuals who advance through the selection process

 

FOUNDER BACKGROUND

Eddie began playing violin at the age of seven. By sixth grade, he had become the concertmaster in the Denver Citywide Youth Orchestra.

At age fourteen, he began writing classical music while attending a local summer music academy. A year later, he picked up the guitar and started his first rock-and-roll band.

By the age of seventeen he had begun writing songs - something he has continued doing throughout his life.

Musical influences range from classical composers such as Beethoven, Bach, and Mozart to modern artists including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones & Jimi Hendrix to name just a few.

Eddie began recording his original music when he was twenty-six. Over the decades that followed he continued writing and arranging songs, eventually building a catalogue of hundreds of compositions. Approximately fifty of those songs are currently targeted for the band’s first four albums.

 

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Eddie attended four years of college studying both business and music performing on violin, guitar and bass while playing in bands.

During this time, he purchased his first real estate asset, and eventually built a career of buying and selling rental properties while continuing to compose and play music.

In 2026, Eddie sold most of his investment properties and is now investing a significant portion of those resources into launching the band.

 

SONGWRITING HISTORY

With the exception of one song, Eddie has never publicly released his music, choosing instead to wait for the right time and circumstances.

In 2026, most of the songs intended for the band’s first four albums were registered with the U.S. Library of Congress.

The one song that was published came about when Eddie was invited to play bass during a recording artist’s visit to a small mountain town in Colorado. After hearing three of Eddie’s original songs, the recording artist asked if he could record one of them. The following year, in 1996, the song appeared on the recording artist’s next album.

Eddie purchased a very rare classic car in 1982, Now, after being tastefully restored, the car is planned to become part of the band’s branding concept, adding a real visual asset to the project. This sleek and beautiful car subtly represents freedom, forward motion, chasing dreams, rebellion, and adventure. It will not be overused, but is intended to appear at meaningful moments connected to the band’s identity. The coupe fits seven passengers and has a large trunk.

 

MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TEAM

Although Eddie is the primary driving force behind the project, a number of other professionals are already assisting behind the scenes.

These individuals include:

• video production professionals
• an audio engineer
• legal and accounting support
• an artistic director
• production assistants

As the band begins rehearsing and preparing for launch, additional positions will be filled, including:

• a band manager
• a recording engineer
• additional marketing and promotional support
