AUDITION PROCESS TO JOIN THE BAND

During 2026, individuals who are sincerely interested in becoming a member of the band will participate in a structured vetting process.

The process begins by submitting the Application Form, along with a sample of your voice and/or musicianship (MP3, video, or similar recording).

Once management reviews the submitted material, applicants will receive a prompt response. Candidates selected to move forward will enter the interview stage.

 

Step 1 - Initial Review

Management will review submitted applications and music samples to learn about each applicant’s musical ability, experience, and potential fit with the project.

Applicants selected to move forward will be contacted to schedule the next stage of the review process.

 

Step 2 - Interview and Evaluation:

The interview process will be straightforward and conventional. It will include a series of phone calls and video meetings designed to learn more about each candidate’s:

• musical abilities and background
• personality
• creative interests
• long-term goals.

During this stage, candidates may also be asked to review and sign several documents, including:

• A non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
• A Royalty and Profit Sharing Overview

These documents ensure transparency and protect the creative direction of the project.

 

Step 3 - Final Selection Process

The selection and interviewing process is expected to take two to four weeks. During this period, candidates will either be invited to move forward or notified that they are no longer under consideration.

 

Step 4 -Song Review and Preparation

Once selected, each band member will receive approximately ten original songs to review and begin learning. At least five of these songs are planned to be recorded as part of the band’s first album.

 

Step 5 - Formation of the Band

The goal is for all seven members to be selected by September of 2026.

Once the lineup is finalized, the band will begin working together remotely as a functioning group, rehearsing and recording original music in preparation for future recording sessions and live performances.

Final candidates may be invited to participate in a remote rehearsal session to evaluate musical chemistry and collaboration.

We are looking for musicians who not only demonstrate strong musical ability, but who also share the collaborative spirit needed to build a great band.
