INCOME STRUCTURE
During 2026, the band will be formed and the initial stages of rehearsal and recording will begin. Band members who do not live in the Denver area will initially rehearse and record remotely.
During this on-boarding period, management will work individually with each band member to determine appropriate financial arrangements, including salary and benefits. These arrangements will vary depending on each person’s circumstances. The target is to have all band members relocated to the Denver area by the fourth quarter of 2026. This targeted milestone timeline possibly might be pushed back to early 2027.
2027 -ESTABLISHING THE BAND
During 2027, all band members are expected to be relocated to the greater Denver area, the band’s initial home base. This location may change in the future, but Denver provides a strong starting point due to its active music scene.
In 2027, each band member will receive:
- a guaranteed starting salary
- assistance with lodging expenses covered
- health insurance and life insurance benefits
Additional details regarding compensation and benefits will be shared after a non-disclosure agreement has been signed with potential band members.
2028 - EXPANDING INCOME SOURCES
By 2028, band members are expected to receive income from multiple sources, including:
- base salaries
- revenue from live performances
- songwriting and performance royalties
- digital music sales and streaming platforms
- merchandise sales
As the band’s success grows and the music reaches a larger audience, these revenue streams are expected to expand over time.
LONG-TERM OUTLOOK
The long-term goal is to build a band that generates sustainable income through a combination of music sales, live performances, licensing opportunities, and merchandise sales.
While the success of any music project depends on many factors, the intention is to create a structure that allows the musicians involved to benefit from the long-term growth of the band and its catalogue of recorded music.

A generous income model
We're committed to a transparent and equitable income structure. Musicians will earn songwriting royalties, alongside a generous share of all profits generated by the band. This includes revenue from gigs, streaming, merchandise sales, and any other income sources. Your talent directly translates into your earnings, fostering a true partnership and long-term financial stability.
